My son just bought a 2000 GSR, he’s only had it one day and the clutch is
soft.  He said it will sometimes go in gear and other times not.  Anyone
have any suggestions on what may be causing this or what it could be?

I was just wondering about my automatic transmission.

I have D4, D3, D2, and D1 in that order following N.  I was wondering
which one is the gear I should drive in.  I’ve been driving in D4 as
the previous driver said it was over-drive and saved gas ect…

Is this the right gear I should be driving in?

I am a visitor to this group and not that familiar with Acuras.  My
stepson’s 1999 TL is in need of a new catalytic converter.  Most shops
will only replace "exact fit" converters of which I am told there are
only two types, both pretty expensive.  Has anyone had experience with
having a generic converter installed by shops that specialize in custom
exhaust systems?   Any comments would be appreciated.

Hi,

I have a 92 Integra GS with a replaced motor.  When in neutral and engine
running, no vibration at all.
But when I stick the gear into D, then the car vibrates and when I stop at a
stop light.

Any ideas why the car vibrates when in gear?

Motor mounts? If motor mount was the problem, wouldn’t it vibrate all the
time, even in Neutral.
Rear transmission mount?  Anyone know where this is located and is it easy
to fix?

Some time ago I set up a "readers’ rides" page. Nobody has seemed to be too
